Prevention – Our consultants can devise a crisis response action plan and fully brief staff to ensure everyone understands protocols and procedures.

Action – When the media comes calling we operate a 24/7 emergency crisis response service. With consultants across the UK, we will be on site quickly to produce statements, brief staff and handle all calls. This removes the pressure from you and your team leaving experienced consultants to deal professionally with the media (including monitoring and evaluation of social media feeds such as Twitter and Facebook) and other interested parties.

Ongoing support and strategic planning – This can be provided to ensure you have the tools in place to protect your reputation.

A pay as you go crisis response service is available at an hourly rate. However there is no guarantee that one of our consultants will be available to advise you and we won’t be fully briefed about any appropriate background information.
